Just wondering if you would recommend getting real ski socks, normally when I go I use some football socks, sometimes with a pair of normal socks inside.
So what do you do for socks ?

The socks I have, have padding in certain areas which makes sure that my little feet don't get hurt by the boots. You should be able to get some for €10 - €15 or so if you look around. I'm sure shops like Great Outdoors or most sports shops have them. Do remember that there is a difference between skiing socks and snowboard socks with where the padding is. I mean your feed need to be padded from the boots, and insulated from the cold. Ski socks are not so expensive, as Mark said. Get them or ask Santy for some. |
