I think it would be a good idea to put some handy links in 1 thread.
Here is a good site, if you are wondering what size board you should purchase : http://www.snowboardlengthcalculator.com/ (http://www.snowboardlengthcalculator.com)
You put in your weight, height & ability and it will spit out a few results for you to use as a guide.
Also you can check this link out too, they will show you the different sizes a board manufacturer offers : http://www.futuresnowboarding.com/snowboard

There is a guy in Dublin who runs : http://www.irishsnowboards.com/ , I haven't used them, but one of my friends did. The quality seems okay, and the prices are pretty good.

I came across these guys today, they say that they have snow gear, www.onboard.ie , but I am not able to find anything, and it says their online store is coming. They have a real shop in Dublin, off Grafton Street.

Welcome "irishsnowboards" ! Your site looks pretty cool , I looked at your range of snowboards, but I see that you don't carry Burton or Nitro boards, in fact I've only heard of one of the brands you mention.
Do you have a shop in Dublin ?

If it is snowboarding info you are looking for the best source with an irish content is http://www.irishsnowboarder.com/ This site has been around for years and has lots of info and is the online home of many of Irelands regular snowboarders, well worth a visit.
It has a website link directory with many other Irish and international links http://www.irishsnowboarder.com//gl_directory.asp?sec=2
