Complete Package Ski Hols

Hi, I'm new to the forum! Wanted to see if anyone knew some good companies to deal with in Ireland for complete ski packages (flights, transfers, accomodation - chalet, skipass, & meals etc). I used a company to go to Morzine 2 years ago and they were fairly decent. Arranged all own details last year to Morzine again and was just a lot of hassle.
I want to go to possibly Val d'Isere this year and wonder if any of you know a good company to deal with. I'd prefer not to have to go with a UK option due to the exchange rate being so bad.
Any ideas?

Have been the ones I've looked at. You could always go with the American option and hit the slopes in the US. Remember €1 = $1.40 or so.
