View Full Version : Skiing in the French Pyrenees Karl 10-29-2007, 03:14 PM Most people seem to go to the Alps or maybe Andora for skiing .Last year in Dec. a group of went to a little place called St Lary in the French Pyrenees.We also skied another resort called Piau Engaly at 2500m I think is the higest in the Pyrenees. Going back in Dec 2007 for some more. Anybody else skied in the Pyrenees. xcountry 10-29-2007, 08:00 PM I've never been there. Did you fly to Spain or to France ? Would that be the Basque (spelling) area ? Karl 11-03-2007, 01:01 AM Last year we flue to Biarritz and this year we are flying into Barcelona which I think is in Catalonia, The Basque Country is in the North of Spain but I dont think it touchs onto the Pyrenees. |
